  •  Contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over $150.

Shipping charges for spend under $150 are dependent on price.

At this time we do not deliver outside of North America. 

Items that do not have duties and customs clearance fees included in the cost at checkout will state so in the the items description detail page. 

Shipping method/ courier and shipping cut off times may vary, depending on the courier delivery service chosen by the manufacturer of the item. Most common are UPS, USPS, FedEX, Canada Post, DHL.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most items are processed and depart within 5 business days. Standard shipping times are approximately averaging 3-9 days on most items from date of departure. During the Christmas and Easter rush these timelines are not applicable as shipper delays are out of our control.

"PRE ORDER" Items:  

 Items that are custom made vary in shipping time from approximately 30-60       days, depending on item intricacy and location of departure. These items are indicated by a "PRE ORDER" button on the items description detail page.

 

Order Confirmation, Updates and Tracking 

Please ensure you provide an accurate email address to ensure you receive your order updates with tracking and order number. As well, please check spam or junk folders.

If you did not receive an order confirmation at time of order, please ensure the email address provided was accurate.

Missing Shipment

Finding a missing package that shows as delivered.

1. Make sure the shipping address provided was correct.
We deliver packages and mail items as addressed and will make every attempt to correct any addressing issues. However, we can’t correct an address on a package once it has been mailed.

2. Look around the delivery location for your package

If you can’t find your delivery at your door, check the following locations:

  • Around your property. The delivery person might have left the package in a secure location or left a Delivery Notice Card.
  • Check with everyone in the household. Someone else may have received or retrieved the package.
  • Review tracking details to see if someone signed for your package. If they did, see if it matches anyone in the household.
Apartment building
  • Your individual mailbox
  • Parcel locker (we leave a key in your mailbox)
  • Security desk
  • Building superintendent or concierge
Business
  • Mailroom
  • Front desk or security
  • Courier service or a third-party
Community mailbox
  • Your individual mailbox 
  • Parcel compartment (we leave a key in your mailbox)
Large institution (for example, a university)

The mailroom. This is our final point of delivery. Some time may pass before the mailroom delivers the package to you (or will tell you to pick it up).

Safe drop

A safe location on the property. Check around to find the package. Check with other members of the household, as they may have taken the package into the house.

 


If you are still unable to locate the package after completing the above checks, please reach out to support@oliverruffus.comPlease be sure to include your order number and the tracking number of the shipment that is missing. 

Please reach out to us within 5 days of the item being marked delivered so may promptly do our best to assist. 

 

Damages and issues 

If your order arrives damaged or with defect, notify us within one week of delivery to qualify for return / replacement / refund. Please provide your item order number, information and photos of the packaging and the damage to the item to: support@oliverfuffus.com.

Exchanges
Oliver Rufffus does not offer traditional exchanges.  Please submit a request for return for the item you received, as well as a separate new purchase for the new item.

Returns

At Oliver Ruffus we have a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. As well as proof of purchase in the form of your original order confirmation.

Non-returnable items include:

-Items marked as Final Sale
-Items 15 days past the delivery date
-Gift cards
-Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or otherwise fully unpackaged
-Items that do not include their attached original tag 
-Items with damaged packaging (excludes damages from shipping) or items missing original packaging
-perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

To start a return, contact us at support@oliverruffus.com and provide your item order number and reason for return.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. 

  • Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, or there is damage or defect. 
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged unless the return is due to our error, or there is damage or defect. The 15% will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be refunded. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to bring your package for return.

Refunds

Please note that we will not be able to accept a cancellation or return for any items marked as Final Sale, and will not issue a refund for items marked as Final Sale.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@oliverruffus.com.

Cancellations

We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are occasionally able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

If your order has already been dispatched, a return request can be submitted once the item arrives to you. Please review our Return Policy for details and item qualifications.

Please note that we will not be able to accept a cancellation or return for any items marked as Final Sale, and will not issue a refund for items marked as Final Sale.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

LTL Orders:

  • All LTL deliveries are made via truck Monday through Friday. They will require someone over the age of 18 to be present. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Transporting the item into the home or other areas and disposing of packaging material is the customer’s responsibility. Upon delivery and prior to signing the carrier’s delivery receipt, it is important to inspect your package thoroughly for any damage or missing boxes.   • All LTL freight orders, once shipped, are expected to arrive within 10-14 business days. The freight delivery service 2MamaBees uses is Curbside meaning the driver is NOT responsible for moving the boxes anywhere other than off the truck onto the curb or the lawn. Any assistance you provide to the driver, whether the driver requests it or you offer, is solely at your own risk. 2MamaBees is not responsible for ANY injury you or anyone else receives from any part of the delivery process.

Terms and Conditions

Assembly is required for the majority of our projects. Please open your boxes upon arrival. Make sure all pieces are intact. If the box comes damaged upon arrival please take photos and refuse the shipment. We will be able to ship you a replacement house. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving.

Packages are insured.

Damages, Issues, and Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered “Defective”. If the item you wish to return arrives at your door with shipping damage, it is considered “Damaged”. Items damaged by consumer during initial assembly or items damaged by consumer during subsequent use do not constitute damaged items subject to this Return Policy and such items cannot be returned and will not be accepted by 2mamabees. In the event that you receive any Damaged or Defective items, please contact 2mamabees's customer service within 90 days of purchase at info@2mamabees.com, and 2mamabees will send you replacement parts at no additional charge. 2mamabees reserves the right to request additional information and/or images. 2mamabees further reserves the right to request that you return the Damaged or Defective items upon receipt of the replacement items in order to avoid being charged for such replacement items.
